15:05 CET - BCE anuncia que el euro ha expandido su rol de referencia mundial

En un informe publicado hoy por el Banco Central Europeo (BCE) la entidad monetaria anuncia que el euro ha expandido su rol como valor de referencia mundial. Según el reporte, el 26,5% de las reservas mundiales a fines de 2008 son en euros, 1,2% más que registrado en 2007.
Por otro lado, distinta es la situación del dólar que redujo su participación en las reservas desde el 65,4% en 2007 al 64,0% en 2008.
